The collection of jewellery and boot wedges in relief by Helena Lukášová was inspired by the notion of Milagros. Deeply rooted in the Hispanic and Latino culture, it is used to describe sacred amulets which are supposed to fulfil their owner's wishes. Golden brooches and jewellery in the shape of the sole of the foot, ears, hands and mouths are copies of the parts of the body of the artist's closest family members. She created them with the aid of photogrammetry and a 3D scanner and printed them on a 3D printer. The jewellery was designed for the autumn collection of astrakhan fur coats by the fashion designer Denisa Nová. She found old fur coats from the 1920 - 1970 period at the Jeu de Balle flea market in Brussels, breathing new life into them by restoration and cut recycling. For the "You Are What You Wish" jewellery collection Helena Lukášová received the Jewelry Designer of the Year award in the Czech Grand Design 2015 competition.
