Karel Haloun, a member of this year´s Brno Biennale 2006 international jury, designs posters, CD booklets and music ideograms for the stars of the Czech rock scene.
Since the 1980s, he has collaborated, among others, with musicians Vladimír Mišík, Jan Spálený and Petr Kalandra, as well as with the Blue Effect and Jasná Páka (Hudba Praha) groups. For the past ten years, Haloun has worked with the graphic designer Luděk Kubík. The exhibition features their joint designes of CD covers.
