The exhibition will highlight poster designs by the members of the Plakát (Poster) group of artists who were schooled in Muzika’s studio at the beginning of the 1960’s – Zdeněk Chotěnovský, Václav Ševčík, Eduard Hájek, Věra Faltová and Eva Průšková.
They attempted to resuscitate the critical content of the political poster while avoiding its cliched phraseology that is until the time when their last group exhibition was closed by the censorship arm of the Communist Party on 19 March 1969.
