In his spatial installations, Dominik Lang, a graduate from the AVU (under J. Zeithamml, V. Bromová, J. Příhoda) and the VŠUP in Prague (studio of J. David), interferes with selected spaces. By discreet interventions which are easily overlooked he makes the viewer feel insecure. He hopes to receive an immediate reaction which he considers one of the important outputs of his work. Lang compares creative work with research. In his works he often undermines ingrained stereotypes and tears down elaborately built schemes. Thanks to the changed disposition the exhibition space in the Atrium of the Pražák Palace will become an exhibit in itself.
