Disabled access

Accessibility and entry for the disabled

Entry into each of the three buildings in the centre of Brno is barrier-free. Visitors have also available a wheelchair, baby change desk and a folding push-chair.

Pražákův palác
- Parking is possible at the paid car park adjacent to Besední St. Barrier-free access with a doorbell at 1.5 m is provided from the same street. All floors inside the building can be accessed using a lift. The barrier-free WC is situated on the 4th floor.

We are sorry, but because of the broken elevator, is Prazak palace not barrier-free.

Uměleckoprůmyslové muzeum
- Paid parking possible in front of the hotel situated next to the museum building. Barrier-free access with a doorbell via the staff entrance at the side of the building close to the New Town Hall. All the floors in the building accessible with a lift. The barrier-free WC is on the ground-floor.

Místodržitelský palác
- The main entrance to the building is barrier-free and has a doorbell. Unfortunately, only the ground floor is barrier-free and at the moment there are no toilets with facilities for persons on wheelchairs.

The Jurkovič House in Brno-Žabovřesky has barrier-free access for the public. The lift installed specially for the disabled allows them free movement and a complete tour of both floors in the villa.

Josef Hoffmann Museum is not barrier-free.
