Liturgical Leather Robes from MG Collections

Leather has been a traditional material throughout the long history of clothing. It was used for the making of garments for everyday wear, and even those reserved for celebrating religious ceremonies. MG keeps in its holdings a collection of three exceptionally rare garments from the 18th century, so-called chasubles: vestments worn during a liturgy.
